More about me

I am an AI-First Product Designer with experience leading digital products from discovery to delivery, combining Product Design, Product Strategy, and AI-powered workflows to create accessible, scalable, and business-driven solutions.

My expertise spans UX Research, Product Discovery, user analysis, Design Thinking, stakeholder management, roadmap definition, and accessible design aligned with WCAG 2.2 and the European Accessibility Act (EAA). I actively leverage Artificial Intelligence tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Figma Make, and AI agents to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and decision-making.

With a background in Education and Product Design, I bring a strong human-centered perspective to complex digital challenges. I have led technology and digital transformation projects impacting more than 160,000 users, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across product, business, engineering, and operations in Agile and Lean environments.

Throughout my career, I have designed and optimized web and mobile experiences, developed scalable Design Systems, and championed accessibility as a core product requirement rather than a compliance exercise.

Currently, I work as a Product Designer at a leading banking institution in Spain, where I lead strategic product initiatives across Cards and previously Bizum, one of the bank’s key digital products. My role combines Product Design, Product Ownership, accessibility leadership, and AI-driven innovation to deliver measurable outcomes for both users and the business.
